  Coastal Drywall, this company's negligence and failure of; duty of care, requiring adherence to a standard of reasonable care while performing any acts that could foreseeably harm others and or property, has lead to water damage to a client's property.
  
  I would suggest this company take ownership of its obligations where its actions have caused water damage to numerous units.
