  I bought a brand new Fujitsu heat pump from Masters, not even two years old and the condenser went in it.
  I was told that I had to pay for the total repair including labour and I would be reimbursed approx 4 weeks after the qualified technician returned the parts to Masters.
  After a year! I got a cheque that did not even cover the cost of the part let alone any of the labour.
  I will never ever have another Fujitsu heat pump or deal with these guys!
