  I always hated the inside of Sears. It just has a depressing interior... All of them.
  
  However, we were greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable staff person who helped us get a great deal on a new washer. Only thing is, the warehouse was sold out and Sears never called us to let us know it was back in and ready for delivery until I called. Long story short, the service was good but waiting 3 weeks for a delivery is awful.
