  The scale is not low enough. Poor delivery and customer service. I called at least 10 times for someone to come and fix the wall and the hardwood floor that they damaged when delivering the furniture. One of the delivery guy came in angry and was slamming the pieces of furniture on my walls. I understand that the delivery company may be a subcontractor but they should be held responsible for damage caused by employees they sent to my house. End of story, I am never going there anymore.. no one called me back and no one came over to fix anything.
